Las Briasas is from a special farm in El Salvador run by Carlos Pola, who has dedicated his life to revolutionizing specialty coffee production. His farm is equipped with its own laboratory for experimenting with new processing techniques.

These beans have an unconventional processing: 72-hours black honey fermentation that creates a rich, decadent coffee.

Recommended to brew as espresso.
