Colombian coffee from producer Danilo Perez. These beans are carefully hand-picked at maximum ripeness, then gently pulped and exposed to a dry 200 hour anaerobic fermentation process, creating a boozy and intense coffee with strong notes of watermelon, nectarine & strawberry.
