Shipping Policy

Free shipping is available for almost all orders. Minimum orders for free shipping are:

$150 - Canada
$200 - USA
$300 - Europe
$500 - Rest of world

Milky's ships all products from our shop at 760 Dundas Street West in Toronto. Tracking is included with all free shipping. We offer free local pickup and free local delivery within 2.5km. All items are shipped within one business day of receiving the order.

All packages are sent by Canada Post. Shipping times vary by the type of service chosen and will be provided once the order is prepared.

Please note that any deliveries made outside of Canada may be subject to the destination country's duties.
